Many people worry about their first time training at Muaythai. Rest assured, at the Sasiprapa Gym, you won't get beaten up! Your training regime will be tailored to fit with your current level of fitness.
The experienced trainers will work with you one on one and will push you to the max, teaching you the traditional art of Muaythai, using pads until you are ready to enter the ring for some controlled techniques with the gym’s fighters. There is of course the opportunity for free sparring if you are of a higher standard and, should you desire, they can even arrange fights for you during your stay.
The trainers include Khru Vichien Kawphan and Khru Sith Saiyu, both of whom have more than 25 years’ experience as a Muaythai coach. Other trainers include former WBF world champion, Khru Torsak Pongsupha, and other former fighters who all have the experience of more than 100 professional fights.
