Muaythai Plaza 2004
Muay Thai Plaza has training sessions in the morning and afternoon. The morning session begins with a run, while the afternoon starts with a shorter jog. All sessions are overseen by 5 very experienced trainers.
Location and Transport
Muay Thai Plaza 2004 is conveniently located in the Suan Lum Night Bazaar, just 50 meters from the original Lumpini Boxing Stadium. This ideal central location is only a 5-minute walk to the nearest underground train station; a 10-minute walk to the nearest sky train station; a few minutes from the expressway; and, best of all, 100 meters from the cleanest green lung in Bangkok, Lumpini Park.
Muay Thai Plaza 2004 does not provide food for training although it is next to a Thai restaurant that specializes in healthy, fresh food, with no MSG. The food here is delicious and the restaurant very hygienic. Other than that, restaurants and food stalls selling many other international cuisines are available in the immediate vicinity, especially throughout the Suan Lum Night Bazaar. Here you can find a whole host of international flavors, including Thai, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Middle Eastern, delicious seafood and international cuisine. Just a 15-minute walk away is the Silom Complex shopping mall and the lively Silom thoroughfare, where you can find just about every Eastern or Western food imaginable. This is also a great place for all your daily needs, such as the internet, Thai massage, laundry service, money exchange, shopping and much more.
Muay Thai Plaza is right in the heart of downtown Bangkok. In addition to the world famous night bazaar, there are many interesting things to see and do and all within easy walking distance. You can relax or go jogging in Lumpini Park, go to watch Muaythai at Lumpini Boxing Stadium, or wander over to Silom Road with all its entertainment venues. In fact, with the sky-train and subway on your doorstep, all of Bangkok’s attractions are just a few minutes away.
